I used to go to Jimmy John's all the time. The subs are pretty good, and I still go once in a while, but I try to stay away. After visiting their website and seeing that there is like 600 calories in a turkey sub w/out cheese - consisting only of only turkey, lettuce, tomato, and vinegar/oil dressing ... I got confused. Turkey itself is very low in calories and fat ... like 60 calories in 1 oz of turkey lunch meat, and like 1 gram of fat. The subs are pretty lacking in the meat department and I can't imagine there is more than 2.5 oz of turkey on one. So the bread must be really bad? Can't really figure it out, but since I definitely gained like 20 pounds after working in such close proximity to Jimmy John's I decided that it had to go.

Thanks for the WARNING! I used to order an Italian ham. I'm surprised I'm not dead yet . . .
