Since I drink crap beer, I guess Bootleggers has everything I'll ever need. It is a bar. And about the only bar that is open on New Year's Eve in Oakland. I think a few other bars are open, but for the few people who are actually around, this seems to be the most happening place. Plus, they provide free party favors!

It sure is. I been there more than once and it is open year around. It just is not open to just every Tom, Dick or Harry. Olny the Black Knight would know that.
