Ok it seems as if everyone who has posted so far has liked this place, but I have a few complaints.
Number one: its way too loud in there. I couldn't even hear anything the waitress was saying and had to shout.
I was in here last weekend, and I had the portabello mushroom sandwhich...it had a fancy name, and I can't say that I was amused. Sorry Nate...I know you like the names.
Number two: doesn't it make more sense to have the smoking section on the top floor?
Number three: they are too cheap to give you a bottle of ketchup. You instead get a plastic dish with poor quality ketchup squirted in it. What is this Wendys? I want my Heinz.
Number four: Poor service. OK, so I've only been here once but it took 25 minutes to get my food, and then they forgot the hummus we ordered. No I'm not impressed that you don't have a notepad to take down my order, especially when you mess it up.

It was only loud when people left their screaming children to their ... screaming. For me anyway.
I like the names? I think they ar ekinda dumb. It is bette rthen naming things portabello mushroom sandwich though. Mad Mex and Fuel and Fuddle have goood names, I have no complaints about the harris grill names, but they aren't as good as the two places i mentioned.
It probably makes the most sense to keep your smoking section where the bar is. If you ar eimplying that the smoke drifts up, well I deally they have better ventialtion then that.
Yeah, I want Heinz too.
If they screw up your order you won't be impressed with their service. Personally I never blame a restaurant for service I blame the server. Unless I've been there enough to know every server sucks, then clearly it is the restaurant's fault.

Well...I blame both the cooking staff and the server for the bad service. I also think it should be required to write down your order.
The smoke was overbearing in there.

So did you sit on the first or second floor?
I think restaurants think it impresses people when the wait-staff doesn't have to write down their order. It usually just makes me feel a little uneasy though.
