Red Veg is more of a “quick food” then a fast food. The food was not sitting under a warming lamp for an indeterminate amount of time prior to my purchase. We ordered our food and within five minutes it was brought out from the kitchen area. I had a ChiliVeg (without Cheese), which is a chili covered vegetarian patty, and Spicy potato wedges. The food was freshly made and was very warm and tasty. The location was a little small, but it was clean and orderly. We were able to get a seat shortly after our food was ready. I wish I could eat there again. I wish something like this existed in Pittsburgh.
