The Bad Bean Taqueria is in the TimBuck II plaza in Corolla. It is set up for ordering at the counter and helping yourself to soft drinks. Although I am usually not a fan of Spanish rice in my burritos, this burrito is an exception. They are generous with the toppings and the vegetables. Mike and I both raved about our burritos. We dined with my father and step mother as well. They ordered the special which was shrimp quesadillas. They also cleaned their plates.
The workers were funny and goofed around a lot. It was the first night of our vacation and their foolery helped to put me in the mood to relax. I may go back before we go home. I loves me a good burrito!
